prawn salad

I made this last night .This is a great Prawn salad more prawns than salad.

Thought I would share this easy recipe with everyone.



1kg local bay prawns direct from trawler $15/kilo :) peeled and deveined.



Salad dressing



1table spoon white vinegar

1table spoon caster sugar

I smell a rat

I found an old story that I wrote a few years ago.



Currently I have the stench of dead rat wafting over the garden and into the house..
