My bees keep creating queen cells and replacing the queen although some may have swarmed that I didn't see. The current queen is yet to lay larvae so hopefully she lays soon. It may be I have to get a new queen in as so far the hive keeps replacing the queen.

This time last year, I was lamenting the cold weather and desperately looking for any signs of spring. Well this has been an unseasonally warm winter and the fruit trees and I feel like it is spring already! I wore SHORTS to the gym last week - mind you, my tan hasn't quite caught up with my garden so my legs were pasty but they were OUT!
