I've been making my own yogurt for years and have developed my technique with easy DIY in mind.Home made yogurt is so much cheaper than store bought stuff as all you need is milk and a little starter (left over from a previous batch).
This is the recipe for the Zucchini Bites that I took along to the GV at Lissa'a today. I usually double the recipe and freeze. They are fine to heat up in the microwave for a quick Breakfast or Lunch.

Hi everyone. Well the holidays have been lovely - hot, but lovely. I'm back at work today but am determined to keep my garden going in this hot weather.
