Hi Brian and Margaret, sorry I didn't get to your garden too today. We left Donna's quite late and I had some uni work due by tonight that I hadn't started yet. Thanks for the offer though. I'd love to see your new place when you have it set up.
All the members who will be going to Donna's garden are invited to come and have a look around at our 1300 sq metre organic fruit and vege garden afterwards. We are just down the road from Donna, and as we are leaving soon this will be the only ti...

Hi Brian and Margaret, sorry I didn't get to your garden yesterday. I too left Donna's garden late and my chauffeur (aka bf) was in the middle of moving houses and couldn't coordinate the visit..
Hello Brian & Margaret, Thank you for the lovely warm welcome to your garden today. We had such a fantastic time getting lost amongst the many exotic plants, worm farms, compost bins, home made solar food dryer, pizza oven and much more. I could lose myself in your garden for a week. Also thank you for the two car loads of plants that you so generously gave to Paula, Steve, Alison and us, we will have a great time over the next couple of days playing in the garden with them. Good luck with your moving.
Sorry for the slow response, i have had some computer problems . A flower show in Melbourne sounds fantastic ,as does `1300sqmtr of friut & veg . Space is always a problem here , I am considering pulling all the trees I have & starting again with different trees & layout, as some I have are to large and some are in the wrong spot . Not to worry about the Garden Visit , next month will be announced at the end of this month ,
I am a big fan of sweet potatoes and Im told Taro is very similar in taste, would you say that is true ?. I note that you have joined the backyarders group ,and thought you may be interested in the Garden Visit Events which members of the backyarders & seedsavers ( or anyone on site ) visit a garden each month, to meet & greet , gain some new ideas , offer some advice , swap plants etc . The 2nd of these events is on the 29th (this sunday ) if you are intrested dont hesitate to contact Vanessa for details .
