Brisbane Local Food

Growing local

Another lot of Preservers have been made and there will be a little more to come if it keeps raining. I would love to make my Sauerkraut but Cabbages are so expensive at the moment, I will just have to wait till the cooler weather arrives and they are more plentiful.

These are Smokey Pepper's Taco Sauce, Apple Pectin, El Pato Style Tomato Sauce, Zesty Mango Chutney, Spicy Eggplant & Capsicum Relish & Salsa.

I wish I could put one on straight sometime. It is a pity that some of them crease on the bottles but I just have to use the bottle shapes that I have on hand at the moment.

I love the labels too.  I've got a bit of label envy.

Wow, you could go into business selling preserves.  Nice labels, you should be running out of jars by now.  There is a good variety there.  Just tried the Indian Mango chutney, it is yummy thanks.
