Vegetarian Aztec pie! Added onion, lots of diced tomato, capsicum, sour cream, corn, Mexican spices, pastry and cheese. With that many beans, it made one heck of a pie!

I think I am slowly getting there ladies.  I had this 20 years ago at a Mexican restaurant in Townsville.  I look, I taste and I copy.  The vegetarian take was my idea.  LOL.

GrowVetiver

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
