this is interesting - we always do ours in warm water and dishwashing detergent, as apparently most sprays are oil soluble - but vinegar would probably work too

Well, the apples are in soaking. What happens about the bits on top when they bob to the surface? Same in the pic.

Hm! We us a vegetable-based fruit-washing detergent, no idea if it does anything other than wash off the dust. I have found that using a vinegar water on veges like Qld Arrowroot, Chokoes seems to extend their life in the green vegetable bags.
