Hilarious!! But at least you can grow pumpkins! That puts you 2 up on my tally which so far is a grand total of zero :)

They should keep better because you don't have to open a huge one and finish it before it rots. I am actually planting smaller varieties, [winter squash and small sugar pumpkin]  hoping they won't take over the garden.

Oh no Roger - those are the ... um... famous mini-kent pumpkins.  So long as they taste good, they'd be an okay size for one or two people.  The leek is a beaut.
