I've been using mine in curries and having them steamed Dianne.  I pick them very early so they don't have a strong taste.  I know if you let them ripen they go a lot more like a pumpkin, so you'd probably prefer them like that Doug.

What do these taste like Andy? I grow costa romanesque zucs as I love the nutty flavour.
Just picked my first seminole pumpkin and going to test it tonight. Up to 20 on the vine now.
