That looks tasty Andy. Made a 60 quail egg bacon and pie last night and beerbattered coral trout with veges that include.. you guessed it silver beet. We eat silver beet and kale 5 nights a week. So nutritious and tasty
Looks fabulous Andy, you are quite a cook. Actually we have some very good cooks on BLF, I am especially impressed with what the men put up on BLF. Thanks for sharing guys.
Okinominyaki is good too.
The silverbeet is pumping at our house too. We're having it once a week as well as adding it to most meals. Today I'm going to give an Ottolenghi recipe for 'green pancakes' a go.

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion. It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)
GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
