This is my 1st Attempt at making Sourdough Bread. The Crust was how we like it and the Crumb had a Chewyness we both enjoy. We had it for a late breakfast with a nice sharp tasty cheese, and coffee.

Great! Can't wait til the weekend to make another loaf too, and maybe even some fetta to go with!! Did you follow figjamandlimecordial's recipe? Or the 123? Or other?
