I haven't shared an image of my soup-of-the-day for a while.
So there -- you have it.
My special stock plus: daikon, bean sprouts, spring onion,Bok Choi, kelp, Sambung, okinawan spinach, chili and sesame related stuff like seeds and oil.
Thrown in was what's left of last night's stir fry.
Herein is yet another reason not to eat out.
All the vegetative annual stuff I grew outback.
Not the kelp of course...
This is the sort of soupery that begs for a kitchen garden supply line.
