Banana ice cream with maple syrup toasted macadamia nuts for breakfast. Only 4 ingredients: frozen bananas, coconut cream, a touch of maple syrup and macadamia nuts.

Super healthy indulgent breakfast. What a way to start the school holidays.

Cush macadamias on turbo a couple of time. Mix with 1tbsp of maple syrup. Dry fry in pan or under grill. (or in Thermomix)  Set aside.
You don't have to wash the bowl

Crush frozen banana pieces with coconut cream until smooth (sp7 about 30 secs)
Serve with toasted macadamias on top.
You can freeze the coconut cream in ice-cube trays or use at room temperature.
Don't freeze the whole can like I did...
