Growing local

All the eggplants needed was a sniff of warmer weather and they are off. I made a really nice pasta sauce last week with eggplant, troms and tomatoes. This week I’m planning to do that again but pour over spinach and ricotta ravioli. Oh, and I’m finally actually getting to eat the broccoli.

RATATOUILLE, one of my all time favourites, and so healthy. Isn't it lovely being able to eat your own produce, everything is looking so healthy and fresh Susan, I am sure you are loving the rain. We are all so thankful out our way as it was starting to look quite dire.
