Growing local

Double-graft low-chill Cherry from Daley's. Bought as a bare-rooted stick in July 2015.
It flowered in spring 2016 and I removed the flowers. Since then it has powered on and is looking ready to go into dormancy. It will be pruned this season around May-July.

Probably ... it will need pruning though and it depends a bit on how well it comes back in spring. I've got some info on pruning Cherries. Like Apples, they fruit on spurs so remembering that while I nip and tuck is the trick.

Your Cherry has grown very well Elaine. I only hope mine does half as well. Are you going to let it fruit this year???
