Feeling quite blessed tonight. We ate falafel wraps. The falafels were made from my Madagascar beans, shallots, parsley and one of the girls' eggs. The cherry tomatoes were from the patch and the cheese at the bottom was home made as well. I feel like I'm finally getting to a reasonable stage. It took over five years. LOL.
