Growing local

Big afternoon butchering 70 quail. Sold 20 to my local produce store again so a few months of feed on hand. Now I only have 60 out the back, in this lot had 12 hens over 330g at 6 weeks, they will be giant ladies probably 400g plus in another month and will replace some breeders.

Only 60 out the back now mate?  LOL!  I'm laughing with you, not at you.  Well, for the most part.  How are you going to store them? Freezer in vacuum pack?
