I hope Darren sees this photo. LOL. I am now a Madagasca bean convert. They are great in stews etc, just simply steamed and eaten with butter and salt or even used in a very fancy dip. Oh.. but don't plant too many. They get kinda big.

Looks great Andy, hope you enjoyed it with some nice crackers. I made Basil and Mint Pesto for a tart I was making today with a topping of Oven Dried Tomatoes and it was yummy.
