I'd say 6, being honest. I use a dozen for scrambled egg for 1 (which would be 2 chicken eggs). The secret is those quail egg scissors that I put a picture up of. Takes me about 30 seconds to crack the 12. Compared to about 3 minutes trying to crack the stupid things. They are also highly nutritious.
My! Aren't they pretty! But tiny eh - how many make a hen egg?
