Dang it Andy you got me, work had a full litre of milk just over expiry they were going to throw out and I remembered your post about this so I decided to try it.

If you are a scrambled egg eater, home made ricotta takes it to the next level.  I kid you not.

I can’t wait to start collecting more milk from work and enjoying practically free ricotta all the time!
