Asian sprout omelette
I am quite enjoying the bounty of the patch at the moment. Growing sprouts, adding salad and using home eggs to make an Asian style omelette. Oh, I threw the peanut sauce in the mix. Delightful Elaine.

More of a Thai breakfast omelette Dave. The vege and salad is stuffed into the egg after the omelette has been cooked, rather than incorporated into the raw egg mix. https://www.taste.com.au/recipes/thai-style-breakfast-omelettes/6xm...
