We went the bell siphon as we figured it was the simplest systems with the least amounts of probable fault points.. We were looking at raft (constant flooded) but decided against it due to needing more air pumps for under the rafts as well as the need for a filter to keep the solids off the roots.. Timed flood & drain involves a timer so is another link that could fail as I see it... These are just my thoughts as I know lots of people use the other systems & don't have problems...

That's one of the things we will be working on Elaine... Consolidating all the worm farms into 2 bath tub farms & starting a black solider fly larvae farm as well... The also eat vegetation so that will help too...
