Growing local

Not bad on the pumpkin side, for nearly 6 months and half the garden space. Quite a few months for the bananas too but well wirth the wait. Taste is amazing. Lots more passion fruit on the vine. Can't wait to trim it back.

I trimmed my passionfruit back hard last week despite heaps of new flowers.  It had simply gotten too long and was now on its way to enveloping my banana's and pawpaw trees.  I haven't seen any new leaves though... Hope I haven't killed it.

Well done Valerie, especially with the pumpkins. Not one fruit has set on my vine. I will chop it up for compost shortly rotten thing.

Those Basil seedlings you gave me are growing well, thank you.

Nice work on the nanas and pumpkin.  I count my lucky stars when I get a pumpkin.
