Growing local

This Florence Fennel harvested today will be used to make Fennel, Caramelized Red Onion Balsamic Relish. Lovely on Hamburgers, with a good Steak or simply on Toast.

Great work Dianne.  I love Fennel, the green leaves go great in Asian cooking and the bulb cut up and pickled is delicious

Good heavens that sounds good. Love Florence Fennel but I just use it in cooking.
