Elderberry Cordial Stage 2 Result of Pouring Boiling Water Over

Here you will see the result of pouring boiling water over the Flowers and Zest. You will see some Flowers have Oxidized (turned Brown) this is not a problem but happens Naturally when the Flowers are not fully submerge, you will see the ones underneath stay white. It is now ready to rest overnight to allow the Flavours to come through.
