My Rozie made me buy a second kefir lime tree for exactly that reason Janet.

This is a Thai paste Janet.  I use lemongrass, garlic, turmeric, chilli and ginger. The curry is cooked in a can of coconut milk and I add lime juice, fish sauce and brown sugar as well.  You can pretty much add whatever veges and meat you want.

GrowVetiver is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
