A Crusty Sour Dough Loaf. Great sound when cut, you could hear the crunch. Good Sour Dough Flavour. I could have left the 1st rise, rise longer but had to rush to doctor's appointment. The Crumb is a bit dense but not complaining as it makes a great open sandwich. Will make sure I bake my next loaf when I have more time to let it rise.
