I think this is the recipe I followed. I tried one with baking powder but it turned out green inside. This can apparently be a reaction. Further baking of the loaf may change that. 

Coconut Flour Bread



  1. Mix all ingredients together and pour into a small buttered loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
  2. Turn the loaf out and cool completely on a rack before serving. That’s it! Enjoy. 

I would mix fat and flour and salt and beat/whisk the eggs before adding to the mix for a lighter loaf.
