Amazing what you can whip up in a Wok! Since I've had the Scanpan wok, it was money well spent.

The small-fruited aubergine are amazing producers! They are a tad fiddly but their quantity and quality make up for any fiddlyness.
Moussaka tastes just as good when done as a stir-fry. Chop up all the ingredients (we use Mushrooms instead of meat) adding some fetta cheese at the end. No cream sauce.

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion. It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)
