I got ours from DPI - lots of rigmarole. There's a form on their website, you send it in and then they send you virus free test tubes in the mail. You have to grow them on with plastic and then shadecloth for about 3 months before you can plant them out. You can only have 10 all together, but they will give you a few more in case some die. They were about $7 each and there were quite a few varieties, including dwarf ones.
