And it's gluten free.

I'll have to keep my eyes open for some in the shops. My grandson might like these.

Agar agar is a powdered seaweed you can use like gelatine - it sets firmer.

Heat the apple juice to a simmer, dissolve the agar agar as per directions on the packet. Cool to luke warm and pour into lunch box containers containing fruit - I used grapes, strawberries from our garden, blueberries from our expedition to a local farm, and frozen raspberries. Put in the fridge to set. Should keep in closed containers in the fridge for a week I expect.

Agar agar available from asian grocery stores and good, diverse supermarkets. This also makes an excellent sugar-free top for a fruit tart.
