Hi Joanne, the lychee in the pic are B3 a comertial cultivar,  and they are in FNQ out of Mareeba on one of the farms we advise to. For Brizzy i think you should look at something like Kwai Mai Pink or Wai Chee or even Salathialas...

They come on a little later when brizzy has heat, Kwai Mai Pink is not such as big a tree as the others.....

Joanne there's some tips in Anthony's response; since he was in Brisbane at the time of the photo my guess is those trees are in Briz or surrounds. They can be grown on a big scale around Gympie which can be colder than Briz. EM is Anthony's own-grown Bokashi-type micro-organisms which he markets at Activ8 - ask Donna about it.

we can have harvest like this in Brisbane?? going to get myself one.. what variety is this?

Yes Elaine the trick is plenty of water after fruit set, feed at the end of fruiting for next years fruit, good Nitrogen levels, high phosphorous, super high calcium and high boron plenty of mulch and EM.
These are B3's one of the three commercial varieties.

I'll bet they are! Which variety? Always managed to kill mine :-( Is there a trick to it?
