1:30pm – 4:30pm: Lactic Fermentation Workshop – with Elisabeth Fekonia
Make sauerkraut, kimchi, fermented tomato sauce, cucumber pickles, raisin chutney, fermented mango chutney, kombucha tea and a wine made from fruit. Handouts included with lots of taste testing of products made (including the wine).
Please bring a notebook and pen.
