Share 'CANNER FOR THE FUTURE'

When all my fruit trees finally produce an abundance of fruit, I will have a way to save and store harvests.  With my many Ball-mason jars and even my old vacola bottles, will have some use.   This AMERICAN cooker is 30 quart or 28.5 litre pressure canner will more than suffice.  I also purchased a Secure Grip lid lifter: Premium Bottle tongs.    My intention is to preserve mainly excess fruit. …
