Growing local

Well: the two Elaines cost the fam a fortune today.
#1 son and I dug up the Vetiver on offer -- quicker than expected and with much less than estimated exertion -- when we parted company from the two ladies with our grass clumps to later visit IKEA (sort of, down the road, turn right) .
A buying spree ensured...such that en route home we were laden with enough Vetiver clumps and flat top IKEAry bits and pieces that the car was engorged -- even the roof rack.
If we hadn't gone to the Elaines' and hadn't dug up the grasses there'd be no IKEA costings embedded in the trip out and about.
Fortunately I wasn't paying...BUT STILL...
