Brisbane Local Food

Growing local

All herbs and seedlings from Caboolture Markets   will be trading at Wamuran Hardware again this Sunday, 8-12 with a coffee van on site too.

That's the Co-op at 1085 D’Aguilar Highway,  opposite the Wamuran School /IGA via Atwood St and behind Ray White Real Estate. North of the highway or right if coming from Caboolture & Bruce Hwy. Very large carpark.

Lineup and 5 in tent restriction  at a time. May want to bring a fold up chair.

Please be advised there will be a small price increase this Sunday due to increased operating costs. Prices are as follows for seedling varieties:
- 6 for $2
- 12 for $4
- 18 for $5
- 24 for $6

There will still be a maximum per variety however this has now increased to 18.

‼️STRICT social distancing rules still apply!

*rough list of seedling varieties will be posted tomorrow afternoon (fb)*

‼️Unfortunately no pre orders as this is physically impossible at present with increased demand and workload!

I should add that if you do not know Warren and fam's services -- this is the largest range of seedlings you'll get offered any where and anytime. If you are on facebook -- make sure you monitor their fb page.

Also note that the fruit and vegey roadside stall on the highway coming into Warmuran often sells local garlic. As in Qld planting garlic.  Very easy to miss and drive past in traffic. But it is listed on Google Maps here.

IF you are travelling out on a Sunday and want a bite to eat, please visit  my favorite coffee cafe and eatery -- The Black Bear Coffee Cupboard in Morayfield.

Unit 15/312 Morayfield Road
Morayfield, Queensland, Australia

Just near Bunnings and Spotlight. No sit down of course, but everything is perfecto. Open Sunday even in lockdown..

I'm being so promotional  because my lifestyle requires Black Bear to survive. I'm Black Bear dependent. Not that I want too much patronage that later I won't get a seat, but now while we are limited and if maybe you are heading out to Warmuran for seedlings  -- come visit the BB.

Is buyng seedlings 'essential travel'? Need you ask?  We gotta eat.
