I made the lemon myrtle cordial the other day, it was FANTASTIC. Everyone in my family says it's the best cordial they've ever tasted - and it took 5 minutes to make. No more peeling citrus, no more endless simmering. WOW!!! thankyou Linda  (luckily we have a lemon myrtle in the front yard)


There's also a recipe for carambola cake up - good for the current glut?

Thanks for the tip Scarlet. I will definately make the cake. I hate seeing them go to waste, but there are only so many you can eat and give away.
