We have had a busy couple of weekends extracting a bumper honey crop and as we have more than enough for our family’s needs, we thought we would see if anyone is interested in buying some.
Our hives are located on our property at Moorina, adjacent to Sheepstation Creek National Park. As we are away from commercial fruit growers, our bees forage in the NP, on our trees and in the surrounding pastures.
There is no sugar or corn syrup in our honey-just nectar from Nature! We select individual frames for harvest based on the honey being completely ripened (i.e. all cells fully capped).
We only cold extract our honey, strain the wax flakes out and package it in air-tight containers. No processing beyond that – Real “Raw Honey!”
We are very proud of the product we produce! We are asking $10.00 a kilo.
Pickup is available from Moorina, Burpengary or Milton by arrangement.
Thank you Susan!
Thank you Susan too.
Angeles I've inboxed you.
Angeles, my sister's bee hives are not so laden this time of the year (April) so your location is obviously doing very well with wild blossom.
We have so much honey...
I think we are very lucky because we are close to a Conservation Park.
