These I think are papayuelo I tried them in Kenya they are so sweet inside you eat the seeds and flesh. 

I have looked at many pictures of the papayuelo but they look a bit different to these. They turn yellow when ripen

Gigantic tree! You can edit the titles of the pix and you can also include them in the body of the post rather than just make them attachments. It's a failing with the Ning site that they give you the option of an attachment when the pix are not readily seen this way.

I was going to say "it reminds me of a pawpaw tree".   How interesting!
