Growing local

Hi Everyone,

Could someone please help me identify this little visitor I found amongst our ferns:

I'm leaning towards Dainty Tree Frog?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks Elaine! That's definitely the one!

I can't help to identify him, but that is a beautiful shot Jake.

Isn't it? Given that the little buggers are only an inch and a half long and not keen to be seen.

Indeed.

Thanks Andrew. He was quite the poser! I made sure to keep an eye on him until he wandered back into the ferns seeing that we have a few magpies and crows hanging around!

Lucky you :) Great shot.

I don't seem to have any frogs to speak of here - occasionally one of the big green frogs will call but otherwise, nowt. When I had a pond it was the toads who moved in :(

Gorgeous!!!!

:-)
