This site "Academic Earth' features free university learning- Thousands of legally recorded lectures from world's top post- grad institutions - on every conceivable subject- from the sciences- social theory & beyond - they are full lectures thus big files- think 10 - 20 times a standard Youtube file so may take a while to download- :)

I like the map on the myfarms website. Do you think we'd be able to put one on our site like that, even just for suburbs if people want privacy? Would be good to see where other members are so we know who's close to us for trading and maybe helping in each other's gardens.

--Just had a look on Google maps and if you go to MyMaps you can set one up. Not sure how you would attach it to the site though.

i'll have a fiddle and see if i can insert it. ning and google are in competition so it may not be easy - i notice ning interoperability with other platforms is pretty low
