Hi All, my madagascars are infested with a brown beetle/weevil creature that is damaging the beans. Will these go away as the weather cools or do I need to do something drastic like cut the vines right back so the bugs leave?

Can you post a photo of the critter Megan?
Welcome to the madagascar fan club Megan. Are they attacking your green beans or the older ones that have dried. My leaves have sometimes been affected and the flowers were once being attacked by ants when they began settting up an aphid milking station but a simple spray sorted that out.The beetles are new to me but will check mine out. These madagascars are extremely resilient, dont worry too much.
