Growing local

In too much shade now so these two beds are available to take away from Deception Bay.

See - mine are the corrugated steel ones.

Hi Elaine,

If you're giving them away, I know someone who is interested.  Lives in a townhouse with a concrete courtyard.

Absolutely giving them away! They have to be dismantled and the soil removed. Happy to see them go to a good home.

If they're still available in a few weeks I'd be keen Elaine - I'm a bit tied up for now though. If Gayle's friends get in first no harm, but I'll check in to see later!

OK Sid.

Vetiver grass helps to stabilise soil and protects it against erosion.  It can protect against pests and weeds. Vetiver is also used as animal feed. (Wiki.)

The Vetiver Community Project is a plant nursery run by Dave & Keir Riley that harvests and grows Vetiver grass for local community applications and use. It is based in Beachmere, just north of Brisbane, Australia.
