Soak a handful of cashews(or nuts of your choice) for 8hrs.
Drain and blend with enough water to make a cream consistency.
Add a banana to the mixture to make a custard consistency.
If keeping the cream for any length of time add lemon juice to stop the banana turning brown.

We put a couple of soaked dried dates ith a tsp of H/Made vanilla essence in ours.. Haven't made it often as we are just experimenting with Raw recipes at the moment but tastes great..
