Growing local

I got a septic tank system at my home. Can I set up my vegetable garden on the drain field of the system? Is any hygiene issue? Thanks.

Hi Joe, I have just typed in growing plants on septic drain fields into the search engine and found there are a lot of sites that can answer your question. I am sorry but as I have no experience in that field, and can't help you with this one.

Thanks Dianne. I will have a search and look. Cheers, Joe
