There are other great f+V stalls along 8th Ave and along 4th.
Quality and inexpensive pet supplies from various locales, poultry and other domestic animals.several feed places for poultry seed. Rare fruit trees, bamboo, so many fruit tree options and rare herbs along 1st ave.

If the local poultry club isn't there they hang out at the produce stall down the road --Feedmania (+ poultry) or check out Green Mums Perma Poultry near the airport. MAP LINK.

I'd like to know about parking, Dave. Some years since we went to Cab Mkts. Then the parking was ad hoc along the road. Get there at 5.30am for off-street parking. Else it's a bunfight to find somewhere to leave the car.
A lot of development has taken place around there since then and I am not familiar with what has happened. Is there now any off-street parking? Or what is your suggestion for best time to be there and best place/s to park?
Yes there are separate 2 car parks within the grounds. These two are indicated on the map. After 8.30 am it gets busier but we usually park along Berrburrum Rd when we get there around 8.15am. After 10 am the produce and plant stocks shrink.
I gather it is busy at 6am and 7am too.
Many plant folk will lend you a trolley to transfer your plants back to your car but your own shopping tool is a good idea unless you want to return to your car to offload.
There is also a LARGE car park south of the intersection--ACROSS GYMPIE RD -- as well and one opposite on Beerburrum rd ALONG THE RAIL LINE. The issue is not parking so much as how far you have to cart your purchases.
Oh yes, I see them now. Wasn't looking for carparks! Thank you for the info Dave.
