I've always wanted to give this a go. It's a great use for excess tomatoes. It was delicious!

I also used lemons from my tree and the herbs.

BH Craig that looks stupendously wonderful. Your wife is such a lucky girl lol. My man could cook bacon and eggs twice a year on Sundays.

I've got to give this a go sometime.

She was out last night so I cooked it in her absence. She's allergic anyway!
