Event Description

I am sure most of our members like to visit Nurseries. Turners's Nursery a Family owned business which is predominantly a Fruit Tree Nursery but has not only got one of the best number of varieties of Fruit Trees but also sells, Vegetable Seedlings, Bush Tucker Plants as well as other Plants and Gardening Needs. There will be a member of staff there to give us a tour and talk.

I have been advised that if we were to have Lunch there they would have enough seating for 12, any extras I guess will have to stand or sit on someones lap.

It would be lovely if everyone takes along a plate suitable for a Lunch and sharing.

We have been there a couple of times, very helpful staff.  A good supply of fruit trees when we were there.  They try to go a bit further to help you.

Maybe they can recommend a good restaurant/cafe nearby?

I like the idea of having to sit on someones lap to have lunch :)

So, lunch is BYO? They don't have a cafe?

Outing is tempting for me to see what they have but buying something is no longer an option with no garden to put it in. I'll have to see how things stand closer to the event.

Sounds fascinating - they are the originators of the Lemonade variety.
