Are you wanting to eat garden fresh food, grown to there most mineral rich state, that provides vitally and is full of energy, full flavoured and has an extended shelf life?
Growing and eating organic food is a great starting point in the pursuit of eating chemically free food. But even organic food can be under mineralised if the soil health is out of balance.
Did you know that some foods have lost up to 60% of its nutrition value since the 1940 due to declining health of our agricultural soils.
Your Health and that of your family is directly related to mineral quality of our food and the health of our soils.
The Nutrient Dense Kitchen Garden Course is design to show you how you can create a veggie garden that is chemical free, nutrient dense and full of vitally.
By the end of this 4 week course you will be equipped to design and easily build a Nutrient Dense Kitchen Garden. You will even be able to measure the degree of mineralisation of your veggies for yourself.
The workshop will explain how important locally grown food and eating raw food of high nutrient density is to living a healthy lifestyle full of energy.
