Sprouts and Living Foods cooking & growing class

When you think living foods, do you thibnk of powdered greens with a yukky tatse, or superfoods that are expensive?

This is the perfect class for you if you'd like to grow your own superfoods on the kitchen bench, if you've had problems with mouldy sprouts, if you're not sure how to grow microgreens and if you really just want a fair go with growing from seed.

You'll learn the different techniques for growing tiny vegetables with super nutritional benefits. How to include these in your daily menu and how to create really tasty dishes the family will love for brekky, lunch and snacks using the sprouts and microgreens you like best.

I'll have lots of samples to taste, I'll teach you some terrific tricks for growing them and we'll make up simple organic recipes for food that will give your tummy a satisfied smile.

Price for this full day workshop is a bargain as it includes a sprout and microgreen based lunch and morning tea with clean living smoothies, snacks and taste tempters.

You'll also get comprehensive notes and sprouts to start at home.

Microgreens kits are available for purchase on the day.

Book via email or call Linda 32063676  linda@ecobotanica.com.au

Price $110
